Website access and server logs

When this website is accessed, technical data may be processed by the hosting infrastructure. This can include IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser, operating system and transfer status.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose technical issues. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact MeeCode, the information you provide is processed to handle the request and any follow-up communication.

Depending on the request, the legal basis is pre-contractual or contractual communication under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, or legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Local storage and consent settings

The website stores the selected language and your cookie or consent settings locally in your browser using localStorage. These values are used to remember your language and whether external media may be loaded.

You can change your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer, or remove these values by clearing your browser's site data.

Third-party services and external links

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. The contact section can also embed a Google Maps map, but this map is loaded only after you allow external media in the cookie settings. When these services load, Google may receive technical access data such as your IP address and browser information.

The website also links to external services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, partner websites and project websites. External pages process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal retention duties or the defence of legal claims.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent with future effect.

You can exercise these rights by contacting MeeCode. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Updates to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.
